Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), data you upload to the platform (documents, chatbot configurations), conversation logs between your chatbots and end users, and usage analytics (page views, feature usage). We also automatically collect technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and device information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process your chatbot configurations and generate AI responses; send you important updates about the Service; provide customer support; analyze usage patterns to improve features; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) infrastructure. API keys and integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. We use HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. We implement industry-standard security practices including regular security reviews.

4. Google Sign-In & OAuth

We offer Google Sign-In as a convenient way to create an account or log in. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We use this information solely to create and manage your Replyory account. We do not access your Google contacts, Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or any other Google services beyond basic profile information. You can revoke Replyory's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including: Google (authentication via OAuth 2.0); OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI model providers (for generating chatbot responses); Stripe (payment processing and subscription management); Supabase (database and authentication); Sentry (error tracking); Resend (transactional emails); and social media platforms (Telegram, Facebook/Meta) for chatbot integrations. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

6. Conversation Data

Conversations between your chatbots and end users are stored to provide chat history, analytics, and service improvements. Conversation data includes messages, timestamps, session identifiers, and visitor metadata (IP address, user agent, page URL). This data is associated with your account and can be deleted upon request.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use localStorage for user preferences (theme, onboarding state). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and associated data; export your data in a portable format; restrict processing of your data; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@replyory.com.

10. GDPR Compliance

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process personal data based on: contract performance (providing the Service), legitimate interests (improving the Service), consent (marketing communications), and legal obligations. You may contact our data protection team at info@replyory.com for any GDPR-related inquiries.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
