1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Replyory platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Replyory reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Replyory provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that allows users to create, deploy, and manage conversational AI agents across multiple channels including websites, Telegram, Messenger, and Instagram. The Service includes chatbot creation tools, knowledge base management, integration APIs, analytics, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Replyory immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited messages; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) distribute malware or harmful content; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (f) use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose; (g) generate content that promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate chatbot responses. Replyory does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring your chatbot's responses. Replyory is not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated content.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service, including knowledge base documents and chatbot configurations. Replyory processes this data solely to provide the Service. Conversation data between your chatbots and end users is stored securely and can be deleted upon request.

7. API Keys & Third-Party Services

The Service may require you to provide API keys for third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic). These keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. You are responsible for the costs incurred through the use of your API keys. Replyory is not responsible for any charges from third-party providers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Replyory. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replyory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Replyory's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Replyory may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Replyory may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.

11. Changes to Terms

Replyory reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
